• You can delete your content at any time, which will terminate our license to use it

• AI-generated insights, learning modules, and analysis reports are provided for your use

• Generated content based on your code incorporates your intellectual property

• The Revibe platform, features, and technology remain our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology

10.2 Damages Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUPLE VENTURES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tuple Ventures, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

12. Termination
