7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Revibe Pro for any reason, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • Applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions
  • Full refund, no questions asked
  • Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@revibe.codes with:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID (optional, but helpful)
  • Brief reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)

We'll process your refund immediately and send you a confirmation email.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We understand that exceptional circumstances arise:

  • Technical issues: If you experienced service disruptions or bugs that prevented normal use
  • Billing errors: Double charges or incorrect amounts
  • Special circumstances: Contact us to discuss your situation

While we can't guarantee refunds after 7 days, we'll always work with you to find a fair solution.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings:

  • Cancel immediately: Access ends immediately, prorated refund for unused time
  • Cancel at period end: You retain access until your current billing cycle ends, no refund (recommended)

Tip: We recommend "Cancel at period end" so you can continue using Revibe until you've paid for.

Free Tier

Revibe's Free tier is available indefinitely at no cost. Since no payment is required, refund policies do not apply. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank/card issuer instead of contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We'll respond to the chargeback with transaction records
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees

Please contact us first! We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks should be a last resort.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Repeated subscription and cancellation patterns
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent payment methods
  • Account abuse (excessive API usage, scraping, etc.)
