By accessing or using Revibe (revibe.codes) ("Service"), a code intelligence platform operated by Tuple Ventures ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

• Collaboration Features: Sharing and collaborative tools

2.2 AI-Powered Features

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning (Google Gemini) to provide:

• Automated analysis and insights generation
• Personalized content and recommendations
• Pattern recognition and intelligent processing

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3.3 Code Repository Integration

• Integration with GitHub requires your explicit authorization
• We only access repositories you specifically grant permission for
• You can revoke repository access anytime through account settings

• You retain ownership of all source code and projects you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and generate insights
• This license is limited to providing the Service and does not grant us ownership
• You can delete your content anytime, terminating our license to use it

5.2 Service Content

• The Revibe platform, features, and technology remain our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected intellectual property

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

• We process your code using secure, isolated AI systems
• Projects are stored securely using Google Cloud Platform
• We do not share your code with third parties without consent
• Project sharing features are controlled by you

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Free Tier

• We offer a free tier with limited features (2 projects, 10 analyses/month)
• Free accounts may be subject to additional limitations

7.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions (Pro: ₹1,499/month) provide enhanced features
• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan (monthly/yearly)
• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• Refunds available within 7 days (see Refund Policy)

7.3 Changes to Pricing

• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice
• Price changes will not affect your current subscription term
• You may cancel to avoid future price changes

8. AI and Machine Learning Disclaimers

8.1 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated insights and analysis are provided for educational purposes
• AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information
• You should review and validate all AI-generated content before relying on it
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs

8.2 AI Safety and Content Restrictions

Safety First: Our AI systems are designed with safety measures to prevent generating harmful content. The AI will not generate malicious code, exploit tools, harmful instructions, or illegal content.

• You may terminate your account anytime through account settings
• Termination stops future charges but does not entitle you to refunds (except as per refund policy)

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
